Cumberland Gap Mountain Spring Water comes straight from the mountains of Cumberland Gap. Cumberland Gap Mountain Spring Water is bottled with the highest standards of packaging and beverage processing quality. Our naturally fresh spring water comes from deep within the mountains of Cumberland Gap National Historical Park.
Cumberland Gap National Historical Park
This pristine National Park was established in 1940 and boasts over 20,000 acres of protected forests and streams.
Nestled in a natural break in the Appalachian Mountains, The Gap spreads across three states: Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Our bottling facility is located in Middlesboro, Kentucky. We are Kentucky Proud as well as ISO 22000 & 9001 Certified.
Depalletizer
This machine is designed to receive bulk loads of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles. The Depalletizer then transfers the bottles to the rinser machine for cleansing.
Rinser
This machine is responsible for rinsing the bottles.
Filler
This machine is responsible for filling our PET, BPA Free bottles with pure Cumberland Gap Mountain Spring Water.
Trine Labeler
Our labeling machine places our Cumberland Gap Mountain Spring Water labels on to our bottles.
SMI
This machine is responsible for creating our multi packs and case packaging for Cumberland Gap Mountain Spring Water.
Palletizer
This machine is responsible for creating our multi packs and case packaging for Cumberland Gap Mountain Spring Water.
Wrapper
This machine is responsible for wrapping each package and is then sent off to our Warehouse.
